Terms and Conditions

General conditions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer between LM Alliance LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the User.

1.2. Registration on the website (lm-alliance.com) or ordering services signifies the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Services

2.1. The Company provides logistics services, which include the transportation, warehousing, and informational support of vehicles selected and purchased from US auto auctions (Copart, IAAI, etc.).

2.2. The Company acts solely as an agent/intermediary between the User and third parties (auctions, shipping lines, ports).

Limitation of Liability

3.1. The Company shall not be held liable for the technical, visual, or mechanical condition of the vehicle. The User acknowledges and accepts that purchasing a used vehicle involves inherent risks.

3.2. The Company assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the auction or for any latent (hidden) defects of the vehicle.

3.3. The Company shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from Force Majeure events (including, but not limited to, storms, strikes, pandemics, and changes in customs regulations).

Terms of Payment

4.1. The User is obligated to pay the full cost of the lot won at the auction within 2 (two) business days from the date the invoice is issued.

4.2. In the event of a payment delay, any and all penalties imposed by the auction (including Late Fees and Storage Fees) shall be borne entirely by the User.

Cargo Insurance

5.1. Cargo insurance is optional but highly recommended. In the event of transportation without insurance, the Company shall bear no liability for any damage sustained by the cargo.

Dispute Resolution6.1. Any dispute arising between the parties shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be adjudicated by the Tbilisi City Court in accordance with the active legislation of Georgia.
